Thence 是 「from here」的意思，從這裡出發，小批量製作，我們視之為再一次沉思本土可能性的習作。Thence 採用本地採收蜂蜜及時令植物，以多重過濾中性酒提取其精神風味，在輕盈蜜滋裡留住我城一瓢陽光水土的剪影。
 
Thence 05 | 中秋碌柚蜂蜜酒
 
團隊這次採用了本地碌柚葉以及頂級泰國金柚，人手製作，將碌柚酸甜香氣融合在本地蜂蜜酒中，祝願中家在輕柔蜜滋裡人月兩圓，千里共嬋娟。
 
在家飲用，建議除了冷藏後直接飲用，也可在高杯中加冰後，1:1 加入碌柚蜂蜜酒 和湯力水，在和親友享用月餅後，輕鬆做成一杯清新解膩的應節雞尾酒。

Mid-Autumn Edition Thence 05 | Cucumber
 
To celebrate the Mid-Autumn Festival, a moment of family unity, we are introducing thence. Honeyed Elixir Batch 05. This elixir features local pomelo leaf and premium graded Pomelo from Thailand, infused with locally sourced honey, offering subtle floral notes and sweetness on the palate.
 
It is a perfect festive treat as we gather together beneath the shimmering full moon.
 
For home consumption, we recommend enjoying it chilled straight or, alternatively, create a thirst-quenching cocktail easily by adding ice to a tall glass and combining Thence 05 with tonic water in a 1:1 ratio.
