Thence 是 「from here」的意思，從這裡出發，小批量製作，我們視之為再一次沉思本土可能性的習作。Thence 採用本地採收蜂蜜及時令植物，以多重過濾中性酒提取其精神風味，在輕盈蜜滋裡留住我城一瓢陽光水土的剪影。

About thence.
 
Thence means “from here”—a starting point, a place of origin. Created in small batches, it is our ongoing exploration of what local possibility can be. Thence is crafted with locally harvested honey and seasonal botanicals, their essence gently drawn out through multiple filtrations with a clean, neutral spirit. Within its delicate, honeyed profile, we preserve a trace of our city’s sunlight, soil, and character—captured in every sip.
 
Made with fresh locally grown ginger,
blended with Christmas spices
and honey harvested by local beekeepers,
we captured the warmth of winter in every drop.
Add thence 17 into warm fresh milk,
or mix it with hot water and lemon for a comforting Hot Toddy,
to warm every moment leading up to Christmas.
