終於能向大家宣佈，我們在日本北海道東川町的蒸留所已在今年六月動工。 蒸留所預計將於2025年一月完工，並在同年第一季投產。酒廠估地 19,741平方呎，以公設民營方式運作。酒廠由白蘭樹下聯合創辦人Joseph規劃及主理，主力生產單一麥芽威士忌及手工氈酒。首批瓶裝威士忌經熟成後於2028年面市。 我們誠邀大家參與我們於香港試酒室的「丹丘蒸留所- 北海道蒸留所搶先預覽」, 進一步了解我們的建廠之旅。活動由另一位聯合創辦人 Kit Cheung 主講，參與活動者會獲贈「北海道酒廠發佈紀念威士忌聞香杯」乙個。當日會有迎賓雞尾酒，會場更有限定優惠。我們誠邀各位踴躍參加。 . We are thrilled to finally announce that our distillery in Higashikawa, Hokkaido, Japan, has officially broken ground as of June this year. The distillery is expected to be completed in January next year, with production set to begin in the first quarter of the same year. The facility spans 19,741 square feet and will operate under a public-built, private-operated model. The distillery, overseen and managed by Joseph, the co-founder of Perfume Trees Gin, will focus on the production of single malt whisky and craft gin. The first batch of bottled whisky, after maturation, is slated for release in 2028. If you would like to learn more about our journey in establishing this distillery, we warmly invite you to join us at our tasting room in Hong Kong for an exclusive preview event titled “Tankyu Distillery - A Sneak Peek at Our Hokkaido Distillery.” The event will be hosted by Kit Cheung, co-founder of Perfume Trees Gin, and attendees will receive a commemorative whisky nosing glass in celebration of the Hokkaido distillery launch.
