我們的威士忌
由首席蒸餾師David帶領
用槌式碎麥機和麥汁壓濾器
粹取出地板發麥麥芽的純粹麥香
經過我們獨家192小時二階段的發酵工藝
透過兩次蒸餾而成

OG / FG : 1.080 / 1.000
Fermentation : Steel 72 Hr / Wood 120 Hr
Wash ABV : 10.5%
ABV Strength : 63%

After five years of dedication, our distillery in Hokkaido officially began production last year.
Now, six months on, we are proud to share our very first single malt new make spirit with our supporters in Hong Kong.
Unaged and untouched by oak, this new make spirit is crystal clear in appearance. Free from the influence of time and cask maturation, it offers the purest and most honest expression of our distillery’s character.
Led by our Chief Distiller, David, our whisky is crafted using a hammer mill and mash filter to draw out the clean, natural malt aroma of floor-malted barley.
Through our proprietary 192-hour, two-stage fermentation process, followed by double distillation, we create a spirit that captures the essence of our house style from the very beginning.
