How is Yuki no Mado Dry Gin made? This exceptional gin begins with the pristine snowmelt water of Mount Daisetsuzan, filtered through volcanic rock over centuries. The spirit incorporates rice koji from Higashikawa, a traditional Japanese fermentation starter that adds depth and umami character. Fir needles from Hokkaido's ancient forests provide a distinctive aromatic quality, complemented by 14 carefully selected botanicals that create a complex and elegant flavour profile.
