A year on, and summer is in full swing.
 
This month’s thence begins again with local honey from Wing Wo Bee Farm, layered with the rich sweetness of Taiwanese Aiwen mangoes and the fragrant character of Philippine Carabao mangoes.
 
Lush and fruit-forward, with ripe mango notes woven into the soft, rounded honey character of thence.
 
Shake gently before serving.

Thence means “from here”.
 
Made in small batches, each release is an exploration of what can come from our surroundings. Using locally harvested honey and seasonal botanicals, we extract their character into a refined neutral spirit, capturing a fleeting impression of Hong Kong’s land, seasons and sunlight.
