我們欣然宣佈，位於日本北海道東川町的 丹丘蒸留所 已於去年 9 月正式投入運作！ 酒廠佔地 19,741 平方呎，以 公設民營 方式運作; 首支代表北海道東川的氈酒 “雪の窓“ 已經面世，展現我們對風土與匠心的致敬。 2025 年的首批私人酒桶已迅速完售並完成裝桶，而 2026 年第二批私人酒桶計劃 現正正式推出！同時，我們首批新酒（New Make Spirit）亦已抵達香港，誠邀大家率先於香港荃灣試酒室一嚐其風味。 為讓大家更深入了解我們的建廠與造酒旅程，特別舉辦「丹丘蒸留所 – 北海道蒸留所新章預覽」工作坊，由聯合創辦人 Kit Cheung 親自分享我們的釀酒理念與發展藍圖。 威士忌包桶數量有限，售完即止。 誠意邀請各位威士忌愛好者與我們一同開啟丹丘新章。 . We are delighted to announce that Tankyu Distillery, located in Higashikawa, Hokkaido, officially began operation in September 2025. Spanning 19,741 square feet, the distillery operates under a public-built, private-operated model. Our first gin, representing the spirit of Higashikawa, has already been released — a tribute to the land and craftsmanship that inspire our journey. With our inaugural casks from 2025 now fully sold and filled, we are excited to launch the Second Batch of the Tankyu Private Cask Program for 2026. Meanwhile, our very first new make spirit has just arrived in Hong Kong, offering whisky lovers a rare opportunity to taste the origin of Tankyu’s character and style for the first time. To share more about our distillery story and whisky-making philosophy, we warmly invite you to join our workshop, “Tankyu Distillery – A New Chapter in Hokkaido,” held at our Tsuen Wan tasting room in Hong Kong. The session will be hosted by Kit Cheung, co-founder of Perfume Trees Gin, who will guide you through our philosophy of whisky creation and the vision behind Tankyu. Please note that whisky cask availability is limited – once sold, they will not be restocked. We look forward to welcoming you as part of this new chapter of Tankyu.
