We provide delivery service to addresses in Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and the New Territories, except areas specifically mentioned.
We currently do not deliver to the following locations：
i. Outlying Islands, except Ma Wan, Discovery Bay & Tung Chung; the delivery service only available on every Tuesday, Thursday & Saturday (Except public holidays). The delivery time slot for Ma Wan, Discovery Bay & Tung Chung is 12:00-16:30. Pick-up services are not provided in above areas;
ii. Hong Kong International Airport;
iii. Any restricted areas and areas where trucks are prohibited;
iv. Delivery services are not applicable to logistics warehouse, transshipment warehouse, warehouse that require to queue for pick up or deliver and warehouse that require to pay for entrance fee or registration fee.

＊Delivery service is available for local address in Hong Kong ONLY. No delivery service for any overseas address.
＊Shipping Days are every Monday to Thursday. The shipment will be advanced or postponed by one day if the shipping day is public holiday. (The cut-off time for placing orders are 00:00am everyday, but Orders on Friday to Sunday will arrange on Monday)
＊Shipping day is the day for courier to collect the products. Customers will receive the products after 3-7 working days. (Please note that the courier might change the delivery schedule according to actual circumstances)
We pay close attention to all the details and carefully inspect each book to ensure its superior craftsmanship and quality. However, despite our best efforts, and in the rare occurrence we may have overlooked a defect, please let us know.
Send an email to email@example.com with:
- Photos of the defect taken from several angles.
- Include your full name, order number and a description of the defect.
- Remember to include the page number(s) of the defected areas.
In the event that you need to contact us regarding a book defect, please contact our Customer Support team with the necessary details WITHIN 7 DAYS of receiving your order. If the defect is due to production errors or damaged during shipping, we will have a replacement order made. Sober Or Blotto will not be held responsible for defect reports later than the given duration.
