Thence 是 「from here」的意思，從這裡出發，小批量製作，我們視之為再一次沉思本土可能性的習作。thence. 採用本地採收蜂蜜及時令植物，以多重過濾中性酒提取其精神風味，在輕盈蜜滋裡留住我城一瓢陽光水土的剪影。

2024年的第一個月適逢農曆新年將至，我們奉上thence 09 -沙糖桔蜂蜜甜酒。
 
沙糖桔因其味甜如糖而得名，由團隊人手逐顆剝皮精心萃取得出酸甜平衡，柑桔和蜂蜜香氣雙互交纏的作品。
 
外盒用上喜慶但沉實的暗紅和淡金色，祝願大家和親友在來年同樣平安喜樂。

As we approach the Lunar New Year of 2024, we present thence. 09 - Kumquat Honeyed Elixir.
 
Kumquat, renowned for their sugar-like sweetness, are meticulously handpeeled by our team to extract a perfect balance of tartness and sweetness. This results in a creation where the aromas of Kumquat and honey interwine harmoniously.
 
The outer packaging features a festive yet solemn dark red and pale gold colours, wishing everyone a joyous year ahead with family and friends.
 
For home consumption, we recommend enjoying it chilled straight or, alternatively, create a thirst-quenching cocktail easily by adding ice to a tall glass and combining Thence with tonic water in a 1:1 ratio.
