Thence 是 「from here」的意思，從這裡出發，小批量製作，我們視之為再一次沉思本土可能性的習作。thence. 採用本地採收蜂蜜及時令植物，以多重過濾中性酒提取其精神風味，在輕盈蜜滋裡留住我城一瓢陽光水土的剪影。

thence 11採用了今年新上市的台灣金鑽鳳梨金鑽鳳梨又名「台農17號」果肉金黃色肉質細緻、甜美多汁。
 
我們在香港工場，由團隊人手處理萃取，得出酸甜平衡，開胃醒神，滿滿鳳梨香的作品，希望在今年三月的低氣壓中，為大家加一加油。

thence. 11 | Pineapple Honeyed Elixir
 
Thence 11 features the freshly harvested Golden Diamond Pineapple from Taiwan, also known as "Tainung No. 17." Its flesh is golden yellow, with a delicate texture, and is both sweet and juicy.
 
At our Hong Kong workshop, our team manually processes and extracts the essence, crafting a product that strikes a perfect balance between sweet and sour. It is appetizing, refreshing, and rich in pineapple aroma. We hope to lift everyone's spirits amid the low pressure of March.
 
For home consumption, we recommend enjoying it chilled straight or, alternatively, create a thirst-quenching cocktail easily by adding ice to a tall glass and combining Thence with tonic water in a 1:1 ratio.
