Thence 是 「from here」的意思，從這裡出發，小批量製作，我們視之為再一次沉思本土可能性的習作。Thence 採用本地採收蜂蜜及時令植物，以多重過濾中性酒提取其精神風味，在輕盈蜜滋裡留住我城一瓢陽光水土的剪影。

This month, thence. 05 returns for Mid-Autumn.
Made with Thai golden pomelo and local honey from Wing Wo Apiary in Hong Kong, the peel and flesh are handled separately before extraction at our Hong Kong workshop.
The fruit brings a bright sweet-tart character, while the peel adds a fresh citrus fragrance, softened by the gentle sweetness of local honey. It is this balance that has made thence. 05 one of our best-selling releases over the years.
Back for a limited time this Mid-Autumn.

For home consumption, we recommend enjoying it chilled straight or, alternatively, create a thirst-quenching cocktail easily by adding ice to a tall glass and combining Thence 05 with tonic water in a 1:1 ratio.
