配上東川町產米麴
和大雪山森林中凜立的椴松（トドマツ）嫩葉
一共十四種草本植物
透過酒瓶
把彌漫在漫天飄雪中的白色玄光

這瓶酒
是我們多年努力的結晶
也標誌著我們在北海道新旅程的開端
 
Yuki no Mado
 
This is the first gin we have crafted in Hokkaido.
​
A small window opened in the northern land—
made with the clear, icy snowmelt of Mount Daisetsuzan,
paired with rice kōji from Higashikawa and
tender fir needles from the forests of Daisetsuzan,
joined by fourteen botanicals in total.
​
Through this bottle, the pale,
mystical light that fills the sky amid falling snow
is gently refracted into the glass in your hand.
​
This gin is the culmination of our years of effort,
and a marker of the new journey we begin here in Hokkaido.
