Thence 是 「from here」的意思，從這裡出發，小批量製作，我們視之為再一次沉思本土可能性的習作。thence. 採用本地採收蜂蜜及時令植物，以多重過濾中性酒提取其精神風味，在輕盈蜜滋裡留住我城一瓢陽光水土的剪影。

生薑具驅寒散濕的功效。我們在香港工場，由團隊人手處理萃取，加入馬達加斯加的天然雲尼拿籽和一點點柑橘，得出驅寒暖胃又香氣撲鼻的作品。

Ginger, known for its warming qualities, is locally sourced and manually processed in our blend. We enhance it with natural vanilla beans from Madagascar and a hint of local citrus, creating a spiced elixir. This mix offers a fragrant aroma and warms the stomach, making it a straightforward yet effective remedy during the colder seasons.
 
For home consumption, we recommend enjoying it chilled straight or, alternatively, create a thirst-quenching cocktail easily by adding ice to a tall glass and combining Thence with tonic water in a 1:1 ratio.
