Thence 是 「from here」的意思，從這裡出發，小批量製作，我們視之為再一次沉思本土可能性的習作。Thence 採用本地採收蜂蜜及時令植物，以多重過濾中性酒提取其精神風味，在輕盈蜜滋裡留住我城一瓢陽光水土的剪影。

隨著十一月的微涼氣息悄然降臨香港，我們誠意呈獻一款季節限定
——五花茶蜂蜜甜酒。
五花茶，源自中式涼茶文化，以金銀花、菊花、木棉花、雞蛋花及槐花
五種花材調配而成，具有清熱解毒、舒緩煩躁的功效。
加入本地天然冬蜜，更添一份柔和香甜。
整體口感層次分明，既有花香的清雅，又有冬蜜的滋潤。

As the crisp November breeze quietly settles over Hong Kong, we are delighted to present a seasonal limited edition — Five Flower Tea Honeyed Elixir.
 
Rooted in traditional Chinese herbal tea culture, the Five Flower Tea is a blend of honeysuckle, chrysanthemum, kapok, frangipani, and sophora flower — known for its cooling and detoxifying properties that ease restlessness. Infused with local wild winter honey, it carries a soft, natural sweetness. The flavour unfolds in distinct layers — the elegant fragrance of blossoms balanced by the soothing richness of honey.

With local honey from Hong Kong’s Wing Wo Bee Farm as the base,
the fresh peaches are carefully processed and extracted
in our local workshop.

Simply add with tonic water in a 1:3 ratio,
